Sewing: Sewing by sewing machine is the main production process of caps. The general technological process is in turn laying material, scribing, cutting, sewing, ironing and shaping, stitching decoration, and finished product inspection. Felt tire forming: mainly used in the production of top hats. Carding, tire making, and dyeing of wool. Then according to the style, the corresponding helmet head is used for ironing and pressing.
Knitting: Knitting machine is used to knit into cap tubes and cap pieces, and then sew and iron. Basically the same as the sewing process.
Knitting: mainly using stick needles, crochet, etc. for manual knitting.
Injection molding: The plastic is injected into the cap mold by an injection molding machine. Mainly used to make safety helmets, etc.
